The answer to this may be very simple, in that you didnt read and comply with the membership rules

CURRENT Compulsory Rules of Membership

In most cases this is because you didnt put your First and Last Names in your application and you were been deleted

Using Initials in either First Name or Last Name is unnacceptable.
Both Names the Same are Unlikely so unnacceptable

or

You didn't access the board within 7 days of activation

or

The email address you gave was invalid (did you type it correctly), so youir confirmation got bounced, and as we have no way of contacting you, your application gets deleted

or Your email provider rejected our confirmation email, and we saw an error report. Your email provider may be blocking us (again)
